<h1>31. 我因拖欠抵押借款而將被驅逐。我該怎麼辦？</h1>
<p class="secp">如果您因拖欠抵押借款而可能失去您的房屋，您該怎麼辦。</p>

<p>如果您在支付抵押借款時遇到困難，盡快採取行動以免房屋管有權被收回乃當務之急。</p>
<p>然而，您的房屋管有權不會被收回，除非：</p>
<ul>
<li>首先，您的抵押貸款人獲得法院命令，收回物業管有權；及</li>
<li>其次，法院已簽發手令並委派法院執達主任驅逐您。</li>
</ul>
<p>您首先應與銀行、房屋互助協會或其他貸款人討論抵押借款拖欠事宜。大多數貸款人願意與您討論任何拖欠事宜，以便能夠盡快解決問題。您應查看您的收入及開支，並設法就處理拖欠事宜與您的貸款人達成協議。例如，您可能可以償還更多實際的抵押貸款，以免失去您的房屋。</p>
