<h2> ERIS Board Member Dame Audrey Glover appointed Head of Mission for OSCE/ODIHR Limited Election Observation Mission to Hungary</h2>

<div id="newstext"> ERIS Board member Dame Audrey Glover has been appointed as Head of Mission for the Limited Election Observation Mission that will be deployed to Hungary by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) to observe the parliamentary elections on 6 April 2014. <br/><br/> <img src="../images/about/people/120_glvoer.jpg" alt=""/><br/><br/>Under a new electoral system, voters will elect 106 members from single-member constituencies under a one-round majoritarian system and the remaining 93 members under a nationwide proportional system. In addition to a core team of analysts, the mission will also include ten long-term observers and include a media monitoring element. <br/><br/>Dame Audrey served as Director of ODIHR between 1994 and 1997 and has previously headed a number of ODIHR Election Observation Missions, including to Georgia and Azerbaijan (2010), Albania (2009), Italy and the US (2008) and Ukraine (2007 and 2012).</div>
