<p>I started learning the principle of energy medicine (Qi Gong, Tai Chi) in Holland
Park in 1985 with Master Ho from Malaysia and developed a keen interest in integrating
the principles of energy (Chi, Ki, Prana) medicine with the western theories of anatomy
and physiology.</p>
<p>For me, teaching and practicing Shiatsu is an effective and very enjoyable way of becoming,
and staying well. Although the practice of good shiatsu can be deeply intuitive and bordering
on the mystical in its ability to heal, it is primarily a practical hands on treatment that is
based on simple, easy to learn ideas; anyone can enjoy a treatment or learn how to give one. One
thing is certain: they will undoubtedly enjoy an improved quality of life as a result of doing so.</p>
