<p class="health">There are different types of allergies that affect different types of people ranging from cats and dogs suffers to eczema suffers. <br/>

Animal allergy (which is usually cats or dogs)is an immune reaction to an allergen found in the saliva, dead skin flakes or urine of an animal. The allergen gets carried through the air on invisible particles when it then lands on the lining of the eyes and nose. It may also be inhaled directly into the lungs through the mouth which in tern then causes allergic symptoms. <br/>

It is widely accepted that with food allergies the best prevention is to avoid the eating or drinking the offending foods and substances. Some people may only have a mild intolerance so they simply prefer to avoid certain ingredients. <br/>

Other people find that keeping dust to a minimum is the key to avoiding excess suffering from allergies in the home is hovering and polishing the home frequently.<br/>

An allergy is your own body's immune reaction to certain plants, animals, foods, insect bites, or other things. When your immune system reacts to one of these things to the point that you get symptoms, you are allergic to it.<br/>
<br/>
Allergies are caused by your body's immune system. Your immune system protects you from diseases by fighting germs like bacteria and viruses. When you have allergies your body overreacts and tries to fight ordinary things like grass pollen or certain foods when you come into contact with them. This causes the sneezing, itching, and other reactions that you get with allergies.<br/>
