<font face="Arial" size="2" color="#FFFFFF"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB">The Cover-Rock-Band "Subcity"
is existing since September 2000. Keyboard player <i>Kevin Kretz</i>, <b>Uli Gerwig</b> on guitar, <i>Florian Oßwald</i>
on bass and <i>drummer Phil<br>
Spiegel</i> got together as friends on school in Pforzheim/South Germany in the near of Stuttgart. They played several
times together in a school band. After leaving school they stuck together, started to get themselves together as a real
band.<br>
After a long period searching for the right frontman they found <i>Martin Schnarr</i> who works as a young teacher in
their old school, always supported them by playing music and had already played with them, and so it developed a band
project which is now becoming popular in and around Pforzheim.<br>
After a longer period of exercising and finding a way for the band, after some changing in band names and style of
music, right now the band has found its way. Since February 2001 the band played their first gigs, running 2001 a load
of parties, events and open airs around South Germany followed, the performance was getting better and the crowd of
supporters began to increase. As one of the highlights the band recognises the traditional party at the local university
with over 1500 people in the audience in November 2001. At the end of 2001 the lead guitarist <i>Fabian Kunzmann</i>
joined the band and gives the five others the necessary kick in fine musical technique. At the end of February 2002 the
band entered the O-range Studio in Pforzheim and recorded with conductor Andi Falke the demo-CD which songs you can

! In the last months the band started to play a lot of gigs, no doubt the killer will be the short England-tour of the
six guys at the end of May joining the Cavern-Club at Thursday 30<sup>th</sup> of May.</span></font>
