<p><font face="Verdana">A female client returns to your unit quite distressed, giving the
full description of a man whom indecently exposed himself in the entranceway. He is one of
your clients and last week touched the breasts of one of the nurses. No action was taken
at that time. The woman is very reluctant to press charges but asks for your advice. She
would like to know what laws and penalties exist around the subject of indecent exposure
and assault. You are asked if you would support her if she decides to take the matter to
